Documents come in the way they already do. Candidates send them to your agency's WhatsApp line, or your team uploads them. Coridr takes each one as it arrives, so a file starts getting checked before the full set is in. Nobody waits on the last document to begin.
Once enough of the file is there, the pass reads it whole. It looks at each document on its own and all of them against each other, then measures the file against what the route asks for.
You get a verdict on the file. Green means the documents meet the requirements. Amber means something needs a look. Red means something has to be fixed before you submit. Every flag comes with a plain note: what it found, where, and how to sort it.
You read the flags and you decide. Agree with one, act on it. See it differently, overrule it, and your call becomes the decision on record. Coridr does not close a file. You do.
When the file is ready, you get a clean, collated export sized for the embassy upload. The whole review stays on record, so if a school or an embassy ever asks what was checked, you can show them.
