We read every document in a file and check it against the others and against what the route requires. We return a clear Green, Amber or Red on the file, with a plain note on each problem and how to fix it. We keep a record of what was checked, so a file can stand up if a school or an embassy ever asks. The reviewer keeps the decision. Coridr flags the problems, the reviewer chooses what to do with them, and their call is what goes on record.
